Photographer Christa Elyce, is sharing with us today a very pretty shabby chic bridal shower she shot at the ever so elegant Brennan’s in downtown Houston. This beautiful ladies brunch was full of vintage centerpieces from grandmother’s china and teapots that the host inherited.   Pretty cream and pink roses filled tea cups and vases.

Guests were serenaded by a live jazz band, while dining on a yummy selection of delicious Cajun/Creole dishes.  Each place setting was adorned with a floral and lace decorated favor box, filled with a small container of raw honey topped off with vintage floral linen and twine.

The gorgeous cake was made by the bride’s business partner, Sheron Madden, who also co-owns Sugary and Chic Cake Boutique with the bride-to-be Jenifer Weber.

A fun game of “guess the undies”(which everyone brings a new pair of undies for the bride and she has to guess which guest brought them)gave everyone the opportunity in a humor filled atmosphere to be introduced by the bride herself as she explained the particular gift had ties to her history/relationship with her friends and family.
